Family Trusts
We have strong relationships with some of the Island's leading law firms and can arrange for the establishment of bespoke trusts in a timely and cost effective manner.

We offer a full trustee and administration service, including the provision of corporate or individual trustees and trust protectors. As part of our role we will liaise with the clients' professional team, as well as bankers and investment managers. We see investment monitoring and manager selection as an important aspect of our function.

Investment Companies
We are able to incorporate and administer Jersey companies as well as companies in most of the other major jurisdictions (either directly or via trusted third party providers). We have experience in holding a broad range of assets via corporate structures, including investment portfolios, private company shares, hedge fund holdings and intellectual property.

Property Holding Structures
The Seymour Trust Group has particular strength and experience in respect of the set-up and administration of property holding vehicles. Our expertise is based on many years of experience in working with significant private and institutional clients, and their professional advisers. We administer a full range of property assets including residential, commercial and development properties, and have over US$2 billion of real estate assets under our administration.

A family office may offer an integrated and cost effective solution to sophisticated clients, enabling delegation and co-ordination of key aspects of their financial and family affairs thereby addressing complex legal and fiscal issues. This is a growing area of our business and we believe that our extensive experience within the private client sphere enables us to add significant value to clients in this area.
