Andrew de la Haye ACA, BSc Hons

Andrew was educated in Jersey and at Nottingham University. After graduating in 1993, he joined Ernst & Young's audit practice and qualified as a Chartered Accountant three years later. In 1995 Andrew transferred to Ernst & Young's trust company in Jersey where he specialised in the private client trust area. Andrew served as a director of Royal Bank of Canada Trust Company (following its acquisition of Ernst & Young's trust business).

Andrew has accumulated significant experience in a broad range of structures and estate planning for private and corporate clients. He has particularly specialised in real estate holding structures and the associated financing and fiscal aspects. Whilst Andrew has dealt with a globally diverse client base, he has significant experience with UK connected clients , as well as the Middle East region.

Andrew joined Seymour Trust in 2007 as a director where he manages a significant family office and private client portfolio.

Andrew is married with three children. In his spare time Andrew enjoys gardening, travel and the keeping of marine fish.
