Mitch Tulloch CA, TEP

Mitch qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Touch Ross & Co in Edinburgh, Scotland, in 1977. He transferred to the Offshore Finance Industry when he moved to Jersey in 1978 to take up a position with Ernst & Young Trust Company Limited (formerly Turquands, Barton Mayhew & Co). During his time there Mitch specialised in setting up Offshore Structures for families and individuals with United Kingdom connections.

Mitch has enjoyed a variety of roles during his career thus far, including a period of three years spent in Madeira, where he advised on the formation of International Corporate Structures within the Madeira Free Zone.

He has a wealth of experience in private client administration with particular emphasis on the implementation of multi jurisdictional schemes, dealing with company liquidations in key Offshore jurisdictions.

As a Senior Manager he is responsible for the administration of a portfolio of private and corporate clients and further assists the Directors with special client specific projects.

When not working, Mitch enjoys spending time with his family, supporting his beloved football team, Heart of Midlothian, and, when possible, spending time at his property in Madeira.
